Products and your order
Prices are displayed in euros. Read the product description and pack size before ordering. Category photographs illustrate the type of goods and may differ from the actual packaging. Items explicitly labelled sample or demonstration are not available for purchase. Review your products, quantities, address and final total before submitting an order. Contact us about ingredients, allergens or other product information before purchasing if anything is unclear. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
Delivery minimums
Delivery is offered to the listed NRW cities. The minimum merchandise value is €150 for Mülheim an der Ruhr, Essen and Duisburg, and €170 for Gelsenkirchen. Other cities use distance tiers from Mülheim: up to 20 km €150; 35 km €170; 60 km €200; 100 km €250; 150 km €300; 200 km €350; beyond €400. The selected city displays its minimum. The actual destination address is checked at checkout.
Minimums apply after discounts, including applicable merchandise tax and excluding shipping and other fees. They are not delivery charges. Check the delivery charges, arrangements and final total before placing an order; contact us if these are not specified for your address.
Payment
Use a payment method shown as available at checkout. Payment logos in the footer identify integrations and do not guarantee availability for every order. Do not send card details by email or contact form.
Cancellation, returns and complaints
Contact us at the email above about cancellations, returns or problems with your order. Statutory withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on the goods. Quickly perishable goods and certain sealed hygiene goods opened after delivery can fall within statutory exceptions; groceries are not excluded as a whole. Consult the applicable withdrawal information before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
